ระบบนี้ เป็นระบบให้ความช่วยเหลือด้าน chemical safety ในความร่วมมือระหว่าง [[:home|CRI]] และ [[http://www.searo.who.int/|WHO/SEARO]]

ตัวระบบสร้างแบบ web application เขียนด้วยภาษา PHP และใช้ Mysql database
โดยมี [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CodeIgniter|Code igniter]] เป็น PHP framework และใช้
[[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Propel_(PHP)|Propel]] ในการสร้าง 
[[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Object-relational_mapping|ORM]]

ผู้ใช้ : แบ่งเป็นสองกลุ่มได้แก่ experts เป็นผู้ตอบคำถาม และ members เป็นผู้ถามคำถาม
