====== Office of Information Technology ====== The Office of Information Technology (OIT) delivers information technology services for Chulabhorn Research Institute, Chulabhorn Graduate Institute, and Chulabhorn Hospital. Three specialized OIT departments and a section carry out these responsibilities according to the office’s vision and mission. **The department of computer system and network management** operates the IT infrastructure, which includes hardware such as network equipments and computer servers, and software such as computer and network monitoring tools and virtualization software. The department provides Internet services for staff and guests. These services include LAN line and wireless internet accounts, email accounts, VPN accounts, time synchronization service, and an automatic backup system. **The department of electronic services analysis and development** supports the use of information technology and organizes IT human resource development of the institute. The department develops and maintains several internal databases, applications and websites. The department also provides several IT training courses, organizes in-trend IT seminars and publishes IT bulletins for staff and researchers. **The department of computer services and maintenance** manages all IT related problems. The department has a call center for receiving requests, has a team of IT specialists for troubleshooting and employs systematic communication with other teams to resolve the problems. **The general administration section** is responsible for administrative tasks of the office.
