The video can be obtained from [[/intranet//lab/safety/contact|Safety Officer]] or [[/intranet//lab/safety/lsr|respective Laboratory Safety Representative]]. == On the Job Training == * The training can be done by principle investigator or senior staff. == Other Training Methods == * Training organized by safety committee * Chemical safety training organized by other institution with certificate of attendance or training material === Evaluation === * For self training provided by safety committee, a person must perform a pre- and post-tests. A pass criteria is 60%.
