The Einstein Gold Medal is a high distinction that UNESCO confers on outstanding persons who have made  a major contribution to science and international cooperation. 		Professor Dr. HRH Princess Chulabhorn was the third person in the world to be  awarded UNESCO’s Einstein Medal for her scientific activities in utilizing science and technology to improve quality of life as well as promoting  scientific exchange and cooperation in Asia-Pacific region.<newcolumn> <newcolumn>{{:president:award:einstein_gold_medal.jpg|}}</columns>
